Working Principle
Gravimetric blender can be mounted on the bracket above the machine, can also be mounted on the floor stand beside the machine, with vacuum autoloaders to transport raw materials to the injection molding machine. The weighing of raw materials can be completed by pneumatic valve alone or combined with micro-feeding device (optional). Each raw magterial is directly sent to the weighing plate composed of a high-precision loadcell. When all raw materials are properly weighed and measured, the whole batch of raw materials will be sent to the mixing tank for mixing. The high efficiency blender will mix the raw materials evenly and then fall into the storage tank or directly into the feed port of the molding machine. The level sensor in the mixing tank controls the whoe process of metering and feeding.
According to the different requirements of plastic processing industry, we provide GB series automatic weighing and mixing devicem, which can weigh and measure up to 6 kinds of different raw materials, inclidng new material, regrind material, masterbatch and a variety of addtives, etc, with the throughput ranging from 35kg/hr to 3500kg/hr.
It is suitable for weighing and mixing thermoplastic materials with good fluidity. It is a batch mixing equipment, used in injection molding, extrusion, casting film and blowing molding machines. It can be used as a raw material batching station for a single molding machine, or as a central raw material mixing center for multiple molding machines.
