Plastics injection production raw materials screw doser
Screw Dosers are extensively used for precise auto-proportional dosing and blending of virgin, regrind materials, masterbatch and other various additives. The microprocessor accurately controls the rate of revolution of the motor for high precision metering with an accuracy of ±0.1% from the set point. This series can be used on the differential applications with injection molding machines and extruders.
Screw Dosers are extensively used for plastic molding production of virgin, regrind materials, masterbatch and other various additives with automatic propoprtion mixing. The series adopt imported efficient DC brushless motor according to the pre-set portion of mixing via microcomputor automaticlly calculate the required speed(rpm) metering with an accuracy of ±0.1% from set points, drive precision screw to the barrel of IMM or extrusion. The dosing screws with various size: 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 to work with brushless DC motor of different reduction ratio can develop various models such as double station and multi-station metering. The throughputs from 0.1~100kgs/hr can by chosen by customer for meeting various demands according to diverse application and occasion.
