A:The operation of the dry ice cleaner requires a compressed air source of no less than 2.0bar (the source of air must be kept dry) and a two-phase power supply of 220V---240V. Operators must do a good job of safety protection: wear protective gloves, protective masks, protective earmuffs, etc.

A: Dry ice making machines and dry ice raw materials are not sold together with our dry ice cleaning machine. It must be purchased locally or we can help to recommend and buy it on your behalf.

Q:How to deal with the faulty part if exceeds the warranty time?
A:Customer can return the faulty parts for our testing and maintaining, all the logistic fee should be at customer’s cost.
